So many ugly cases, why don't they make more sleek looking cases. Like the old Lian Li and Coolermaser ATCS range.

Yeah if manufacturers really want to add ugly bits of plastic to the front could they not make them detachable? Or better yet optional and sold separately.

I suppose the uglier you make your cheap cases, the more likely it is people will pay a bit more for your nice looking stuff.

    ..clever.

Re: Reviews - Gigabyte Sumo Alpha

It looks like its trying to be more expensive than it is and I hate it when the expansion slot covers can't be reused

For about the same money I'd go with the Corsair 200r

ugh .... never liked these cases with the armour-plated look, think it started with the CoolerMaster Half X series and they've been multiplying like rabbits ever since. Butt ugly!

Re: Reviews - Gigabyte Sumo Alpha

That case would have been perfect if they would have put a front like the CM 690 on it..

Re: Reviews - Gigabyte Sumo Alpha

Why do I need the case when it Cost half of my build. After all it just keaps coponents together and I would be fine even with a cheaper one.

Check out the Corsair Carbide 300R case. It offers lots of space (supports extra long videocards!) is sleek looking and it has a fairly friendly price (at least in Europe from Hardwareversand Deutschland).

Hexus review it earlier last year, so go ahead and check that out too.

PS: Having previously owned the Gigabyte 3D Aurora Tower, the 300R is a HUGE UPGRADE.
