"Also the CPU is likely to move to ARM’s latest Cortex-A15 design, though this detail isn’t indicated in the slide"
The slide mentions "Eagle" specifically. That's the A15 codename.

What I find dodgy is that the tegra 4 will be as powerful as an apple chip is now. That means that when the next gen apple product is released the tegra 4 will be most likely dwarfed by the apple processor.
Things move quickly in the SoC arena, A6x has a lot of features borrowed from Exynos and vice versa, and S4's are powerful too! I don't think that nVidia are far behind though and I'm glad there is plenty of competition out there
Old puter - still good enuff till I save some pennies!
Looks like it'll beat down an A6X, then Apple will churn out A7, and then 6-9 months later NVidia will release Tegra 5 and in the meantime Qualcomm, Intel and the rest will be chucking their stuff out as well. Isn't it annoying and so selfish of these manufacturers not to synchronise their release dates so we can compare all their wares at the same time once a year... (wouldn't hardware websites be boring 11 months out of 12 if they did!)
This, me win, they win, you win, me win chop and change, swings and roundabouts, has been happening in CPUs since the dawn of computing.
