Not really as if they are claiming that it is the fastest GPU then it must contend with the GTX 690 as a single 690 is faster than a single titan.

Rather sedate in here compared to the same article on facebook which is full of people shouting "AMD suck diks!"

    Never understood fanboys...

Seems a bit late to me. Shouldn't we be expecting the start of a new generation starting to rear its head really?

Of course it can, given the "7990" that are out now can...
Kalniel: "Nice review Tarinder - would it be possible to get a picture of the case when the components are installed (with the side off obviously)?"
CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."
TKPeters: "Off to AVForum better Deal - £20+Vat for Free Shipping @ Scan"
for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.

Exactly - where is the hype for the 8970 vs 780 ? That would be interesting.
    Society's to blame,
    Or possibly Atari.

Interesting how AMD was supposed to be naming cards using the year of release, ie all 2013 cards are going to 8*** series. Then again they also announced not so long ago that the 79** series weren't being replaced during until 2014

I have a feeling they are waiting to see what Nvidia will release first.
