I was too distracted by the beautiful woman's reflection in the screen to really notice much (intelligent girls rock), but it's a simple identification of geometric shapes and tracking that's been around for years. Heck, we use it in our digital movies every day! But it's nice that they have Google Earth going with it I guess.
Still, one thing eludes me -- who's the beautiful woman working the camera? >_<
kinect for google earth?
My first thought was it's probably a man with long hair just trolling you to have a silent laugh when these kind of comments turn up.
Then I thought I'd find out, cos I was bored, thinking that it is quite possible someone on staff because teaching a model for the video would have been tiresome. Perhaps it is Liat Rostock the company's marketing director? But the chunkier look to the arm at 0.33 suggests more likely to be Liora Zundelovitch the ops director. http://eyesight-tech.com/about-us/
Just call me Sherlock.
