    1366 x 768, seriously. If I was paying less than £300 for a laptop I'd expect a low resolution screen. $799 pre tax isn't exactly a bargain!

I wish someone would give AMD laptops a chance and stop throwing them out with such low end kit.

    For $800 I want more than a 13" 1366x768 TN screen.

I remember the days when smasung was good value for your money, these days they are as bad as apple for pricing hardware sky high.

wow, not even 6 hour battery life? But weighs 1.44kg.

My (now old) Samsung Series 9 has a better life than 5.5 hours, whilst having a faster CPU, and weighing less.

Re: News - Samsung's ATIV Book 9 Lite offers 'beautiful design and affordability'

Samsung is probably not the best company for AMD CPUs. IMO, the direction for AMD laptops are very effectively priced 'good enough' systems with the APUs. Samsung targets the other end of the pricing with this and it doesn't sit well. I would be more interested in Acer's or other budget oriented maker's attempts with AMD products.

Interesting to note that on ebuyer at the minute there are two options with ULV trinity - a Samsung priced at over £500, and a Lenovo priced at under £400. Samsung definitely seem to be pricing their AMD laptops too high...

    1366 needs to die fast

also 802.11ac would be nice (though admittedly need to see it in the top end lappies first)

I agree with everyone else... That screen is just bad in this day. I mean 5inch phones are giving better resolution displays. Its what let down the new Razer Blade 14 as well... amazing hardware, silly cost, crap screen.
