Re: News - Zalman launches the 'Reserator 3 Max', world's 1st nanofluid cooler

It seems that this is the way forward for cooling as Zalman claim this can cool 350 watts of heat. Therefore this seems an ideal water-cooler to cool the FX-9590 but still smaller than the large dual fan radiators. Just one setback is the lack of any mention of price...

You have to wonder whether a nanofluid is necessarily better than a molecular fluid (eg. water, lol) but .. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nanofluid .. apparently there's something in it apart from a juicy new buzzword.

Well let's just hope the pump isn't as crap as the ones in the reserator 1/2/XT. Have they learned their lesson about supplying half-arsed all in one soloutions at premium prices? We'll see..

For such a price it better be more efficient than Corsair's h100i which costs the same price. They should bring a version for use on gpus.

I wish they'd make the tubes longer (or a longer version). I want my rad in the bottom of the case (TJ-07), not mounted to the back.

Yep those pipes are way too short for large cases.

Why do I have to have blue LED's? Why can't I have red? Why can't we have a choice or no LED's at all? I hate it when I can't use a component because it has a clashing colour LED forced into it :/
