    News - Intel will open its own pop-up retail outlets later this month

    I would imagine a spate of heart attacks amonf those of a nervous disposition if a retail outlet popped up in front of them on the pavement.

    I really don't see the point in this as the average high street shopper couldn't care less what manufacturers components are inside whatever device they use, only the brand blazened accross the front seems to matter. Do they expect people to go into pc world or phone shop to insist on products that use intel chips after visiting these intel stores? I'm sceptical.
