Second paragraph "tablets growing without a negative impact on the PC market in 201". Typo

Hmm, it'd be interesting to see a similar survey for this country. After all, while we have free WiFi here, there and everywhere, I've yet to find one that's anything more than slightly better than a good 3G connection.
Tablets are definitely hitting viewing though. I'm thinking Channel 5 (and possibly Dave) could make a tidy amount offering a paid subscription service that was better, (faster, and ad-free), than their current free offerings. And I'm sure that there's other folks out there who'd possibly be willing to pay up to have a wifi-delivered "tv on demand" service to their tablets.
Not from the BBC though - I already pay my license fee - so any additional payment to them is not going to be welcomed by me. Although if they want to offer a service linked to the tv license details then I think I'd be okay with that (cautiously).
I wish people would stop saying sales are killing other products off.
All we are getting is new devices coming in so declines happen in other areas to balance it out. More products. Same amount of spending.
Reduction. Not killing.
