If this will improve their HDD quality or provide a stricter QA before the products get released, then I'm all for it. I think a lot of us have experienced our beloved files deleted when an HDD go bad.

I feel sorry for Xyratex employees. All they have to look forward to next year is attending out of hours meetings with US directors and managers, being asked to work long hours for no extra pay and generally dealing with extremely arrogant people
