I still have no clue why every manufacturer of small baytrail Win8 tablets (Dell, Lenovo, Acer, HP, etc) stick crappy 1280x800 panels in them. You cost more than a Nexus 7, at least have a comparable screen!

A W4 with 16GB storage is not going to leave much space on the internal storage with a full fat implementation of 8.1 and Home and Office.
The bare minimum these days on any tablet (and maybe phones as well) should be 32GB.
