Although it says that perhaps a different format could be better I'd imagine someone would come along very shortly as integrating am SoC should be easy!

After a quick thought though this would make an excellent nas4free box. If you needed extra capacity a nice PCI-E card would be a nice addition

I would that thought that having only two SATA ports might be a problem unless you fancy software RAID0/1 only. Anything more than a two disk setup means you've got to budget for an external disk controller, (yes I know you can get those for a little as £10/port these days). At least it's got PCI and PCI-E so you've got a choice.
Maybe make a nice low powered media centre, (or NAS once you've added those extra disk ports).
Exactly...plenty of power and you can boot from USB thus keeping the 2 SATA ports free
