It's gonna be nice to see that in the wild, I happen to know that my next laptop is gonna be a 13.3" model with one of those, driving a 3200x1800 screen. Hope I can play more than just TF2 at native resolution
Same here Just wish I know how much longer I need to wait. Pretty sure most games will be played in 900p with a 3200x1800 screen, unless I decide to op for the 1080p screen instead.
Sounds pretty decent actually, should be good imo
Certainly sounds impressive!
If this is the 860M then it sounds like the 800 mobile series is going to have some proper grunt - I suppose this is where Maxwell's efficiency will really spread its wings, well it should also stay nice and cool in bigger rigs too.
Hmm it looks like nice candidate for my next laptop just need to wait and see how good CUDA is on this Maxwell mobile GPU - for occasions I need to run PS CC on the go.
AMD just can't catch a break
problem is, the mobile cards are really expensive. The 780M is currently around £400+! I doubt the 880M will be much different...
