Surprised they bothered - it got pretty average reviews on XBox..
Crytek are pretty unhappy with the sales figures of the XBox One.. so this is the logical next step.
It got flak for being one-dimensional and repetitive. On the (IMO) lower expectation console market. On the PC I predict a megaflop apart from the hardcore few who like looking at Crytek pretty graphics / running benchmarks. Having said that if it is an easy port they might as well take a punt at it.
If it has mantle then it would be great being Cryengine and plus it would be great to have a new game for benchmarks.
Yay! Another game that chose Two Steps From Hell for it's trailer music!
Here's hoping they actually have some in game too...
I've picked up every Crysis purely to see how my computer handles it, so I guess this is what they are hoping for again?
How about Microsoft give us a decent xbone game... like forza or halo? They do virtually nothing to promote gaming on windows, apart from updating DirectX now and again it looks like they don't give a damn.
They should do a forza exclusive for the pc... like a forza legends... most of the cars from 1 to 4 with enhanced art modes and stable server multiplayer support. I enjoyed forza 3 solo, something like that but maybe online aspects too would be fun mixed in. Halo collection too on the pc.
Nah we're alright thanks.
Hopefully this will bring them out of their financial slump... Though somewhow I doubt that!
Seems like we looking at another benchmark game. Those visuals sure will look great.
