I must say that it doesn't look very ergonomic for a gaming mouse.
There is a less than glowing review of it on Anandtech.

Can't say that this mouse is anywhere near the top (or even middle, for that sake) of my "mouse to buy" list.
Can't see it ever replacing my Logitech mice

Here's another review, there were a number of issues that the reviewer highlighted though, such as no storage for the weights, the fragile clips that hold the top cover in place can break so when changing or adding weights, if done incorrectly the clips can snap and then the mouse buttons won't feel balanced. I think EVGA can and should learn from this mouse and either release a revised version or use the feedback on their next mouse, the flaws that are being pointed out are a big let down for what should be a premium mouse.

147g min weight, that's way too heavy for my consideration.
