Typical China. Counterfiet capital of the world.
Point of View (PoV) doesn't seem all that innocent, if you read the original articles on Heise.de.

Kosatec can document having received those shipments from PoV and apparently now fake cards have turned up under the PoV label as well. It's possible that PoV has been duped itself, but it's certainly not the "completely innocent" party it makes out to be.
There was a fake GTX 660 up on Amazon, from China, months back. That stayed there a while, poor sods that gave the review seemed miffed off.
Then there's the tablet issue arising in China. Sorry but you can see why we are weary to buy things from there.
"If at first you don't succeed; call it version 1.0" ||| "I'm not interrupting you, I'm putting our conversation in full-duplex mode" ||| "The problem with UDP joke: I don't get half of them"
"I’d tell you the one about the CIDR block, but you’re too classy" ||| "There’s no place like 127.0.0.1" ||| "I made an NTP joke once. The timing was perfect."
"In high society, TCP is more welcome than UDP. At least it knows a proper handshake."
Definitely dodgy, they must have paid a baboon to put the Thermal Paste on with a catapult !
