Oh dear, I've had one or two embarrassing Google Now failures - especially one (during the interval at a concert) where I went searching for something innocuous and GN came back with something distinctly X-rated, (to the amusement of the folks I was with).

2GB of free space in return for reviewing your security settings seems like a pretty good deal in my books.

However my drive still is bugged showing 3GB space used when I have deleted everything including bin, and there is no support. Ill stick with paying someone else.

The space is also shared with other services so even if you delete everything that is in your GDrive you still have items in Google+, Gmail, YouTube etc.

No it is actually a bug on their end, I used to have couple thousand photos on the service synced with drive app on windows. I was deleting a bunch, adding edited etc all in low time span, before (I guess) it synced it properly with the online storage. Ended up having some ghost photos on their end taking bunch of space yet I cannot see them on site, using 3rd party apps or when syncing with drive app. Only reason I noticed them was when using android browser (back in the day when there was support to do this instead of using app) on phone to login to drive they appeared there as some kind of grayed file names, however I could not delete or do anything with them.

I don't understand why Google does not support some kind of service refresh, restart or something to get it back to "original" state. I mean, if there is bug in one service like drive, gmail or any one of their 100 you are forced to delete all services just to fix the one. Weird.

Not that I use that much space at the moment, but nice to get a extra 2gb for the future just for reviewing my security details.
