Looking at the Tiger website, the cabin looks nothing like that picture... although don't know if this is a special one-off custom design?

Actually the standard design "only" costs £76k incl. installation so for the £250k price tag I'd expect some serious customisation!

It's pretty smart actually, it's not just cheap marketing, it's free marketing, and there's no reason they wouldn't deliver if someone was crazy enough to buy the bundle.

£250k for a four bedroom house (let alone a period cottage) with an acre of ground in Lincolnshire is surprisingly cheap, here in neighbouring Norfolk they're more like £350k.
