Watch Dogs was a massive dissapointment afrer years of development and all those teasers gameplay videos. I am not expecting much from the sequel, defo will not be pre ordering it anyway.
Developers are pretty absentminded about their LinkedIn profiles aren't they, this isn't the first time this has happened.
Regardless, not getting my hopes up, Watch Dogs looked like such a disappointment I didn't even bother picking it up. Not sure it will be any different this time around but we'll see.
Fell for it first with Watchdogs. Definitely will not be pre-ordering this, maybe not even buying it at all unless the reviews actually state it is good.
Can they please make it work on the PC this time?
I was stupid enough to buy this game before reading all the reviews that basically slammed its PC performance. It pulled off the trick of having ok-ish but not great graphics but able to bring the most powerful rigs juddering to a halt.
If the reviews say Ubi has learned its lesson, I will buy it. If they don't, I won't.
It's UBI, might as well give up hoping it's going to be good.
Been burnt over and over with them - no more!

I didn't even play this, despite the hype and excitement I felt pre-release. It was just a giant let down. If they improve on it for the second installation I might be up for it, but I won't be drawn into the hype again.
Terrible characters, terrible story, dodgy driving physics... decent stealth, gunplay at least as good as any other 3rd-person open world, enjoyed it a lot, will buy sequel.
I feel I'm the only one that really enjoyed the original and got a lot out of it.
I liked being hacked by other players in the single player game and hacking others. Also being challenged by people from their mobile phone for races was really good.
The lack of in game communication and any community spirit destroyed the longevity of online play. Also the missing ability to choose a server/host for group modes made it rather annoying.
It showed promise, enough that a sequel could make what the first game should have been.
Thanks, but no thanks.
With Watch Dogs, there was a lot of lack of original stunning graphics that many signs indicate being due to the whole graphical parity with consoles. Then there was the whole Far Cry 3 situation where the game wasn't made to fully utilize the potential of PCs, with a flagrant resource leak when using max AA. Lack of full on mod support (in the traditional sense) didn't help either and the fact that people needed to get the big DLC package in order to unlock replayability on the most fun sidequests really bummed me out. Now, with all that said, I did have a blast with the game, shooting was satisfying, movement was very fluid, car controls were so so but acceptable nonetheless, graphics were nice (definitely nicer when re-textured), soundtrack was expected to be way better but turned out to be average.
So yes, I'm looking forward to the second one.
And Ubisoft, stop that *expletive word(s)* of having some of the best objective rewards to online play alone!
It's Ubisoft, until they ditch their crappy invasive Punkbuster software I'm never buying their products

This is bunny and friends. He is fed up waiting for everyone to help him out, and decided to help himself instead!
you mean uPlay? punkbuster is an anti-cheat tool for online games like COD/BF4.
WD for me was a bit of a disappointment but it filled the gap for a small time before GTA.
I found Watch Dogs was a decent open world game with a lot going on in it's open world. I found most parts of the game decent (performance was fine on my PC).... but for some reason I just didn't find it at all fun
the missions where you had take gang boss down were hilarious - you had to kill all his men (like up to 20 dudes) then beat the boss with a slap to show them who is the real boss - like he wouldnt of got the message from seeing the corpses of 20 of his crew lying around the area, ha
