    Fixstars 6TB capacity 2.5-inch SSDs expected to ship from July

    Double the capacity of the 2.5-inch drives it launched in February.

    I guess they need to get the emergency services ready before releasing that info

    this is fantastic. obviously it will be too expensive for most people to buy now, but it's only a matter of time till the price for a 6tb SSD is affordable for most who want it. potentially i could stick 3 of these in my laptop and have 18tb of portable fast storage without external boxes and cables. or piles of them in a desktop tower
