That's a lot of memory for a laptop, 64Gb, I think it was back in the mid 90's my home PC had 64MB (maximum it could take) and 2x 400MB HDDs with a intel 100MHz processor and I thought it was the bees knees (from memory I think it cost about A$3000). :-) Happy to see some improvements over the years.
Just had a thought, if we had 8 module quad channel DDR4 on the Z99 motherboards that could take up to 128GB, how come we went back to only 4 modules on the new intel platform? Or is it just something that the companies are holding onto as a upgrade for the next versions? Anyone know?
