For most of us this is a Raspberry Pi for $600, so I for one am out.

Shame, as I would love something a bit more powerful than the Pi 2.

lol, well that is a shame it seems to be a really nice board (and from the benchmarks on Phoronix really rather quick).

Nvidia list it as available but on backorder, couldn't find it on the Zotac website.

OFC what I really want in my Raspberry Pi 3 is an AMD A1100, but that wouldn't be cheap either!

If the "pets" includes cats then I've found a couple of spots of Jeyes Fluid (available from larger supermarkets and garden centres) works well to dissuade them. Especially if you back that up with a water gun for the particularly stupid ones.

TK1 is 32-bit. I have six of those, though.

Gigabyte seem to do a server board, Google found me one single vendor: http://www.ldlc.com/fiche/PB00191584.html

I don't have any use for 10GbE ports, so I don't think that is for me.
