I really recommend watching the OC3D review of this case if you are interested in purchasing it. The biggest issue with the case is the lack of clearance for the top fans to be able to fit a radiator there which can lead to other problems when you are forced to have the radiator in the front of the case.
Tom's explanations there didn't get the best reception for obvious reasons but he made some good points about the design and fabrication on Overclockers UK.
Looking for a case right now, the mounting holes wouldn't be a problem for me as I'll keep to air cooling. On the other hand, potentially losing out on the looks of a P400S or H440 is a bigger issue when I need a 5.25" bay for an optical drive!
Back to the review, business decision or not, wasn't the criticism a good and useful one? I've seen several people say that mounting points shouldn't be a factor in cases nowadays and as the review states – indeed, as he wanted it to be – it could have been THE case to recommend if the right offset had been used. By stamping out the holes appropriately, the P400 would have had built-in potential for, say, a current first-time builder that became more ambitious further down the line. They could move to water cooling without compromising the rest of their set-up (or, er, having to buy another case).
Business move or not, surely it's a fair and constructive point?
Above points valid but the price is good for whats it's worth.

The case is made to a damn smart compromise if you ask me. You can mount the dual rad in the front if you really need to.
This case's target doesn't do monster custom water cooling loops. It's a cheap case that looks great, is well made and it doesn't feature a boatload of plastic.
And unlike the Evolv, it has a solid left panel option.
