Revisiting GTA London might be a good move for marketing and extending it's origins!

It falls within Rockstars stategy, possibly true.

Current gen (Xbox One and PS4) are half way through there expected lifespan.

Just enough time to release a cut down GTA 6 on a maximised user base, then re-release the full unedited copy as next gen. Eventually a pc copy later

London would be a terrible idea; I'd like the setting, but I couldn't take the inevitable army of cockneys that would populate it. Personally, I think Vancouver would make a great setting (and would allow them to introduce skiing).

If it's not a Las Vegas parody I'll be VERY surprised. Super easy to concoct a story with the city's history, and it has awesome opportunities land-wise.

With mountains, desert and lake Mead, it also offers suitable boundaries for the open world.

On the other hand, Rockstar normally try to be both topical and controversial, so perhaps farther south like San Diego or Tuscon to allow some people smuggling?

Re: Grand Theft Auto 6 is in production, likely to be set in US

Why have we not had a modern version of GTA London yet? I'd love to see this more than anything they would actually come up with!

Also, who wrote this article? "The fifth game in the series was released five years after its predecessor." - If they mean GTA V then they're pretty wrong as the numbering refers to the engine used, not the latest release of GTA...
    Engine 1: GTA/GTA London
    Engine 2: GTA 2
Engine 3: GTA III, GTA Vice City, GTA San Andreas
    Engine 4: GTA IV
    Engine 5: GTA V

If you count the non-Windows games, GTA IV is the 11th game in the series.

Why not make a city with influences from across the globe.

Would love to see Red Dead Redemption 2 before another GTA game. Man I loved the first one.

I completely agree!! Though I think they might be working on it, apparently a map was leaked recently.
