Speak for yourself... As we wait patiently for the official launch/availability of the AMD Radeon RX 470 and RX 460 graphics cards ...
of course, if the slide deck is real, the NDA expires first thing tomorrow morning, and this is a hard launch not a paper launch, Hexus would presumably have the cards & launch deck already so they can prep their release day reviews ....
Are you trying to tell us something, hexus...?
If the RX 470 really debuts at $149, it could be the new GeForce 750 Ti.
And it's nice that AMD also has competition for the 750 Ti, in the form of the RX 460. Let's hope it's actually faster than the 750 Ti by a decent amount (the comparison to the R7 260 doesn't look too promising).
Hex,how come there's no story regarding the Nvidia GTX 970 3.5GB class action lawsuit settlement? Nvidia agreed to pay every GTX 970 owner $30!
Hex?
The comparison is with the 260X, which (as Xlucine has pointed out) has almost exactly the same performance as a 750 Ti. So you're looking at 30% faster than a 750 Ti/260X, which (based on past reviews) may put it a little behind a GTX 950 at 1080p - but not much. In AMD terms, it's R9 270 performance in a £100 bus powered card. Pretty tasty
apologies - your, not you're*
We'll only need to wait till thursday for reviews of the 470, and hopefully reviews of the AIB 470's will hit before september
Gibbo from OcUK has mentioned they have received stock last week it seems!!
