130g for only a 6 button mouse, too heavy for me.
I expect Linux users can configure the extra buttons using xbindkeys and xte.
"Germany-based Cherry, best known for its keyboards and keyswitches, has just launched a new wired mouse aimed at professionals"
Oh please, there are less than a 1000 gaming professionals on the whole planet. It's aimed at normal gamers. It might be great for pros but even if the sold a mouse to every single one they wouldn't make the investment back. It's just a mouse.
With just two settings for 1,000 or 2,000 dpi??!!
That's not even average gamer level. Heck, I'm at work right now, using 3600dpi on a mouse that does up to 8,000...
They also never said gaming professionals... just professionals, although 'gaming professional' would include all the Devs and I promise you there are over a thousand of them on the planet... I mean, it takes about six million just to make a single Assassins Creed game, judging by how long their credits are!!
It is a cheap-end working mouse.
