When can we see some benchmarks?
*yawn* (And I say that as someone who's only built my own computers with AMD CPUs, not as an Intel fanboy...)
This is important news. Not for the regular enthusiast, but for the vendors. AMD will be able to push more APUs on the ultrabook market or on the laptop where power&heat constraints did not allow it before.
Now I officially can't wait for Bristol Ridge DIY. I just tried to upgrade my HTPC from a 2TB HD (almost full) to a 4TB one, and the nForce drivers can't work with 4TB. That nForce based MB was a serious mistake. I really wish AMD would release that platform already.
