I doubt this applies on the PC! Just picked it up for under £10... Seems to be bombing on the PC but I've only got it for the campaign.
'Will provide discounted access'??? Wow that's a money grab and a half! So pay for a £40 season pass that will give you a 'discount' to spend more money on (4!!) DLC packs you have no idea what will it actually contain, aside from the obvious extra maps..... Holy *** they are good at extracting money.
It certainly doesn't apply to the PC (& possibly not even the consoles in reality,) as it's purely physical sales. A tiny fraction of PC sales will be physical copies, not least because virtually nowhere sells them, if even a third of console sales are digital it might not even be true then either.
It's a bit like saying your song is Christmas number one, as long as you don't count iTunes, Amazon or streaming.
"The US$49.99 (£39.99) pass will provide discounted access to four Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare DLC Map Packs released during 2017."
Wait, wait... Pay £80 (game/season pass) now and get a DISCOUNT for DLC map packs?! Parents please stop enabling your kids...
Also out of that top 10 list only Steep barely interests me.
Agreed, although I have to admit, I always found the term itself somewhat misleading anmyway. When something is "seasonal" you would usually expect it to be something that's limited time only, rather than what it is which is just access to all DLC once its released (usually)... perhaps its just me though.
We just got notice of this:
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Sabotage Coming First to PlayStation(R)4 on January 31
Who plays this new COD? I am baffled!
