I wish UK mobile network providers would insist on a bare minimum of 32GB internal storage: 16GB internal needs to die a death in all smartphones, due to apps which can't be moved.

It wouldn't stop such phones being made, but if such phones weren't sold in the UK by large providers, it might start to dissuade manufacturers from continuing this trend in 2017 and beyond.

Bloatware loaded onto the phone is my beef, stuff you can't delete.
I recently put a custom rom on my old Moto G LTE which only has 8GB of flash on it, and I can't believe how much space there is on there without all that crud.

And Motorolas android is very clean compared to most other custom android forks.

You more or less took the words right out of my mouth (or out of my fingertips?). Considering the P9 Lite is out and has comparable specs (and superior ones compared to the original P8 Lite) why would you want to introduce an updated version of a phone that has already been superseded.

It probably is the exact same internals based on quick observation.

As to the P9 for under £200, I can't see any UK based retailer selling under £200, they all appear to be companies that send out from China/Hong Kong so could get import tax and vat added.
