More than 37 inch screen? So the only reasonable strategy for being able to watch activity on all areas of the display at the same time is to hide as far away from it as possible, or push it way back on your desk?

As much as I want a screen like this, transitioning from 19inch @900p to 27 @1440p was more than enough to understand bigger may equal more headache inducing. Maybe it's time to stop sitting forwards in my chair like a hermit crab..

Very interesting, but I agree it's an odd resolution. LG's similar monitor is 3880 x 1600. Expect this will need a GPU that's not out for a few months (Vega) to make good use of it's Adaptive Sync.

I love that there's more monitors appearing in these sizes and resolutions. I find them a far more attractive option than 4k / 5k 16:9's.

I dont understand why manufacturers insist on putting speakers into Monitors?! This isnt 1998.
Furthermore, if its a high-end monitor (and with that price tag, the following is most deffo true), you're most likely already setup with a good set of speakers or headphones.

Anyone else be happy to see an affordable 1080P/1200P/1440P/1600P monitor in the 24-27" range (depending on resolution preference) with an IPS panel, HDR (high dynamic range) and Freesync (with alternate, dearer models with G-Sync).

It rubs me up the wrong way that the only monitors that get any of the good features are the 4K ones in ridiculously large sizes for your average user.
