    The specs for this laptop are disappointing if it’s meant to be a desktop replacement

    the cpu isn’t 5ghz
    it doesn’t support 128gb of ram
    it doesn’t come with at least 64gb ram out of the box, instead asus expects you to install the rest yourself
    it uses a hdd drive for storage instead of a ssd
    it comes with a wifi module, microphone and webcam installed instead of them being optional extras

    You have a strange definition of 'desktop replacement'. Also, the example linked in the article has an SSD for boot
