"Gaming grade wi-fi". Surely if anyone is that hardcore, they're using a wired connection?

Strikes me Razer has noticed how much networking snake oil Killer has managed to shift and decided it wants in on the action.

You clearly don't get it. This an OPTIMISED gaming experience which will... optimise the experience of your gaming. This isn't just snake oil, this is shiny snake oil which is so very very shiny that only true "audiophiles" can understand the shininess. Just think of that unmeasureable <1ms advantage and consider that most humans can't even perceive advantages on that level. You advantage over your enemies is so... er... incredible it's beyond their ability to perceive. Now THAT is one fine, optimised experience.

Yes this is the correct answer. People are buying electronics not based on engineering and science but based on words on the box and LEDs and fancy design. It's not fashion people, it's form with function, let's get back to the roots of computer science and PC hardware and OS design and not fall for this rubbish or quasi product(s). It's a bit like kickstarter, audiophile grade HDMI cables, all that "toss" (as my old English teacher would have called it!).

Keep your eyes on the prize when it comes to making purchasing decisions.

Be Careful on the Internet! I ran and tackled a drive by mining attack today. It's not designed to do anything than provide fake texts (say!)
