Hi. I have won this and it was delivered today. it does not contain the remote control that appears in the picture.
could you please advise

After double checking, it was apparent that the box had previously been opened the sticky tape holding the outer package onto the box was tucked down inside. also the tape on the box itself was tucked down the inside, the tape protectors on the front of the controller had been removed and not stuck back properly and the protective plastic on the console itself had been removed and not replaced properly, this suggests the console had been used previously
