I can - if you are doing lots of video rendering, or cryptocurrency mining. And if you work in a cold basement, a 1.4kW heater might be very welcome.

I could see it if you wanted a system where every major heat-producing element is connected to your radiator so you can control airflow completely. Just a big rad that cools everything.
