What kind of idiot ... oh, never mind.
Design department + drugs =
In fairness if I had more money than sense, I probably would
No one in their right mind would spend for this. I mean there's not even a dust filter...
Now, in the insides could be altered to fit/matched the outer, that would be quite something, but still it's a resounding no from me.
307 - Good idea. Can see that being popular for HTPC type installations...
Other one - Very post-modernist art nouveau, reminiscent of the Jacobite movements, with a touch of Giger influence. I suspect the artist was an AI passing socio-political comment on the dichotomy of xenocentric migratory inhibitions within the avant garde pre-postmodernist zeitgeist of auteuristic polycultural Britain.... yah, yah, definitely....
Still think their GRone is the better case...!

Like these or not, you gotta give credit to INWIN for making consistent quality, and they design out of the ordinary cases also. I have owned 3 cases from them years ago, and all were really great cases. I am due for something new, but this time i want mini-itx, when i'm ready ill be checking out what INWIN has to offer. They are a great brand
Well, now we know that aluminium doesn't necessary mean the case is light. As diametrically opposed to one's wallet after buying one of the these.
@ $10k each, they'll be easily making back the development cost with a single chassis sold
That's not the issue here ...unless one is reading-impaired. Aluminium cases are usually considered to be light, whereas this clearly isn't. Other than that, my post was made somewhat in jest. And a ton of crap weighs more than either feathers or lead. Everyone knows that.
Just remember that the case here is CAST aluminium, not sheets as would be found in a typical case.
The weight doesn't prove anything about aluminium vs steel without a sufficiently comparable alternative.
Nice art piece for the show but will anyone really buy one of these?
I think not. The prototypes will probably grace the CEO's office for a while until they get replaced with a potted plant.
Really!, what were they thinking?
