Yes looks ok, I am not a big multiplayer fan and with no single player campaign not sure if its one for me.

I'll miss the standalone game. I've played COD since the very first game all those years ago. Seems like something will be missing from my traditional Christmas routine!
Is it just me or are FPS multiplayer games "too fast"???
Where do you get the time to pause in the game to appreciate the foliage or scenery like you would in the standalone game. Maybe I'm getting old!?

I can join you on that one. I used to play FPS a lot 10+ years ago now I'm struggling to keep up. Have my gaming mouse/keyboard, high end system but nope the problems definitely with me

Bet it still uses a console-style p2p multiplayer system. I'll pass.

Looks good but $60 and multiplayer only?

    No thanks.

Just like some of you mentioned before,

When I finished (many years ago) the solo part of COD2 over the weekend, I felt ecstatic.
And me and my friends just dreamed that we can have the graphics that we have today.

Now I have top PC, we have top graphics, but the feeling...just not there.

Me too old, or they lost their "thing"?
The more you live, less you die. More you play, more you die. Isn't it great.

I think this will be one of it's biggest problems - it's almost acceptable in "normal" COD because of the fast respawn time, but the very nature of BR means once you are dead you start again - so that might be a problem for them.

Adding powerful vehicles to BR would also be a very dangerous move that sounds nearly impossible to balance. Also only 80 players?
It seems very obvious to me that both this years COD and Battlefield have very much tacked on a faux Battle Royale mode to cash in on the hype, rather than designing something that works as a BR game.

Still, it doesn't really matter to me as I am not buying this year's COD without a single player story
