This is cool and all, but I wish the light/dark feature in windows would work similarly to nightlight (sunlight cycle) or perhaps on a timer, can't stand dark mode during the day!
That would extremely jarring when it flips, sometime during the day. I much prefer a dark theme at all times of the, along with Flux, to keep my eyes happy.
Have plugins for the UI and DevTools already. But a native dark theme for Chrome is most welcome. Need an officially supported/complete one for SQL Server Management Studio now.
Being a Firefox user, I've had a dark theme as long as I can remember. Although it doesn't make much difference as most web-sites define their own colour scheme, and if you override it, it generally becomes very unpleasant to look at. The browser UI takes up such little space, it doesn't have much impact on the wall of white.
There's a firefox add-in called Dark Reader. It reverses white for black and either works across the board or with a (no pun intended,) white list. https://darkreader.org/
Also works with Chrome and something called Safari, whatever that is.
Another +1 for F.lux to control brightness too.
DuckDuckgo allows a night feature on its search screen.
