    Mainstream Nvidia Kepler Mobile GPU support ends in April

    And Nvidia 3D Vision will simultaneously reach its support sunset.

    My 850M isn't on the list but looks like it should be. Is it still going to be supported? I'm not too bothered, drivers are probably 1+ years out of date on it anyway.

    i never worry about these announcements, the older ones still work fine on most laptops.

    Why are they removing 3D Vision support? lots of people like myself still use it to playback 3D Blu-ray movies. They should just make a separate driver for 3D ... what I'm I going to do now

    Seems a bit harsh to actively remove it but it's probably so there's less work to do maintaining the driver security over the next year. Perhaps they've found a bunch of holes in it, don't want to fix them and as a result are giving you the choice of either removing the 3D support or keeping an insecure driver. Kinda sucks.

    Probably more likely that it's just not that popular of a feature, particularly with VR so don't find it worthy of continued support.
