I still use a 5.25 slot and for me it's still a requirement. But then again I remember when you could get a case from Ebuyer from £30 with a crappy psu, not the crazy prices they want to charge for cases these days.
not a good case this one from corsair quite a few bad review around and price is to much

I'm shocked that it is £180 - it isn't worth anywhere near that! It seems a nice enough looking case, but airflow is not the best, and really it looks like a product that should be occupying the sub £100 price point.
I would argue its best competition is the Fractal Design R6, and for the higher cost it does beat that case in all of the tested metrics, but not by much.
This is too expensive.
Consequence of a silence orientated case.
The way to achieve that is with dampening and limited airflow.
Whilst airflow cases aim for lots of airflow and low speed on the fans to achieve the same, which may not be quite as quiet does come pretty close.
Thin pickings for cases with 5.25 drive bays. My flight sim won't boot without disc one and external drive when internal is an option still, Need cases with all drives slotting in from front, on side, into the back partition. No connecting ANYthing, 800D chopped down in size would be a dream. Make Optical bay interchangeable with LCD panel or just add more RGB disco lights. Corsair needs to follow Fractal in keeping good case design going and stop trying to invent the wheel.
