    Er. Okay?

Is there a demand for Lisa Su's autograph? Do people take CPUs for her to sign? I appreciate a decent CPU as much as the next person but...

    really?

Depends... are you having trouble paying for the fleet of Aston Martins you just ordered, or the seven 5-cabin motor yachts, and need the sig of someone to act as guarantor?

You're aware of autograph books for footballers right? The CEO of a major tech company is arguably a far more interesting person to get an autograph from.

It's not really her autograph though, it's a facsimile of it.

Oh now that I'd agree with. But I still don't get it.

I found the autograph from the actor of Tom Paris (Voyager). I met him and Neelix.

It was after several hours of queueing and 5 seconds of "name" and "hey kid, your camera!" that I realised I couldn't care less. I think those photographs were still on the film which was still in the camera when it went in the bin.

Re: 50th Anniversary Ryzen 7 2700X CPU bears Lisa Su's signature

I'd rather have Jim Keller's signature... after all it's his design.
I guess now he's at Intel, Lisa Su's was the next best thing...

A modern CPU is designed by far more than one person. Keller is said to have had major involvement with the K12 and Zen cores, but I think it's a little unfair to the other people on the team to give just one person all of the credit. For instance Mike Clark was Zen's lead architect. There's quite a lot of misinformation regarding Keller's actual role at AMD.

Oh I'm sure it's definitely covered by The Unwritten Rule, now.
