No. Far more efficient for the screen to just switch off.

Never, since I switched to an LCD monitor 13 years ago. Although actually I stopped some time before that, as better to save power with the PC idling, then going to sleep, rather than running a screensaver.
Yeah, but it's actually some animated wallpapers rathen than a Screensaver... But no, I never used screensavers actually. My first contact with a computer was about 2002, and it had a screensaver on it. Since I learned hwo to disable it I've disabled and never got back to it.
I do want a nice OLED Monitor though, heard there were some models announced. Probably I'll need to start using a screensaver when I get an OLED for myself.
No not anymore, always turn the screen off or it times out and goes off after 10 minutes of inactivity
No, I either turn the monitor off or turn the PC off.
Grab that. Get that. Check it out. Bring that here. Grab anything useful. Take anything good.
No, I haven't used one for years. I just let the screen sleep.
I would if there were one I liked enough.
I tried one of those Live Wallpaper things off Steam, but there was nothing good on it.
My screen does power off, but the last update stuffed something on VLC and I can't remember where the setting is to stop the shutdown from interrupting my video. It's really interfering with MacGyver!!

Not used one since Windows 95? I just let my monitor go to sleep when the PC is idle for 10 mins.
No. Screen-off timer.
Like many of the others: not for a very long time, since the switch away from CRTs...
I have the monitors set to turn off after a few mins, and the system to hibernate after an hour or so...
Yes - I have a Matrix code waterfall screensaver
used to have Johnny Castaway screensaver up until 2008.
now I just wait until the inactivity thing turns it off.
Yes I do, and it is the ribbon. I like the look of it going across multiple monitors (albeit with the aid of another piece of software).
It's only if I'm away for a few minutes that it kicks in, if it gets to a certain amount of time the monitors will indeed go off.
Naturally, if I specifically plan to leave for longer then I will manually turn them off instead.
