This card is still cheaper than the 2060super, which in a larger gamut of games testing are on equal footing. It is over £100 cheaper than the 2070 super.
All in all...Its a good card value-wise - considering the competition.

A good performer, but still looks like a "wait until Black Friday" kind of price. Good to see the noise/temp levels dropping from the ref cards though.

Given the price point shame they ditched crossfire. that would have been some interesting results with 2x 5700 given the insane 2080ti costs

Re: Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 Pulse

Seems like a good card relative to the competition regarding performance/price, but it is still sadly way outside the limit I'd be comfortable to pay, and I'd prefer it if DVI-D was still an available option, as adapters can be a bit iffy, and it takes the shine off a good deal, as I know I'd have to pay a bit more just to get it to work without having to fork out for another monitor. Alot of 2060 Super cards still come with DVI-D, for example, but they're even more expensive sadly!

Pulled the trigger on this yesterday but stock levels seem quite low. Done a 'pre-order' on Scan and hoping it arrives next week!

You can still mGPU in modern games (DX12 or vulcan based)

I thought the problem with crossfire was that it needed support written into games to work well and developers rarely bothered because so few people ever used it. With the price of even mid range cards these days I would have thought even fewer would buy two.

Re: Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 Pulse

This custom card, as well as the PowerColour ones, seem good but overpriced. I ended up getting a reference card instead. The cheapest custom cooler 5700 XT is around £420, and meanwhile my reference 5700 XT cost £330. Is it worth paying £90 more for exactly the same performance, but with lower temperatures and/or noise? It doesn't seem like it to me.

That is a good price for an XT. From what I have seen £330 seems to be the price for reference non XT versions.
