Shame.. this with Mechanical keys and I would order one directly... why do these companies always fall at the last hurdle??
If I bought this and used it with the lighting on, daft to buy this keyboard if you don't want lights on, I would have to plug it in every four or five days. What is the point of it being wireless, with such an inadequate battery?
I don't quite get wireless keyboards. They can go on about sub ms latency but in the real world that won't happen and will need the dingledangledongle right next to the keyboard. Which requires a wire and your dongledangle laid out on the desk. And that just ends up making a mess. So have a wire, no connection issues, no charging issues and no latency worries. Keyboards rarely move position from one place to another being used in both, it's normally moved out of the way for desk space for other things. So wireless doesn't really benefit anyone for this kind of keyboard. I have a wireless mouse and for a really good connection you need to be up close and the angle of the dangle has to be spot on to get the tingle in the dingle. It frankly just makes more problems than it solves.
The one thing that puts me off wireless peripherals is connectivity reliability in scenarios like LAN parties in massive arenas. They're great in a bedroom or office environment, sure, but as soon as you rock up to a big arena, you end up buying some cheap wired stuff to get you through. My experience, anyway.
no Mechanical keys not good... I would have bort this if had Mechanical keys
Did anyone get one? Thoughts? #XmasGift
