About time!
This is one the first things I disable.... every time I've left it enabled I've seen performance issues such as lower fps or micro stutters, same goes for the steam version too.
Trying the MW beta the past few days, this BS popped up here too, and i had to abort and dig aroud in windows.
Now i have no idea if its a performance hit or not, but i just can not deal with new things suddenly appearing on my system without my knowledge.
MS and others really should do some form of allow feature when they dish up things like this, though me being me i am normally hitting the disable and or delete button for stuff i dont need or want.
PS: As expected the MW game i dident like one bit, but at least now i can say i have given it a try.
As long as I can keep it switched off, I don't care what MS do with the Game Bar.
Does anyone actually use the game bar? I keep mine turned off
There are so much in current gaming i don't like, and it start outside of the games with how you get into the game and even buy it.
I do not like steam ASO, and i do not like i cant choose which server to join, and many other things.
It is like everything now are one big information mining contest.
I recently started to.
My overall experience is good - it is quiet handy for swapping audio playback device fast - something what i have do a lot.
usage graph is ok - i like to have it on the overlay.
Not having anything to tell me the framerate was annoying, so i will install this update promptly and probably use this feature a lot more.
I don't know if it has any impact on the performance, didn't try to disable it.
