I'll wait until it's out and had chance for the reviews to drop. I can't understand why anyone would pre-order a digital product, it's not like they're going to sell out!
Most of the time these days it's better to just wait because the top AAA titles are in the bargain basement bin within 2 months anyway.

CPU bench shows my OCd i5 3570k is only 10% off the rec spec. But no hyper threading... So only 4 cores.
I've not pre-ordered a game in ages, and never pre-ordered a digital game. But good to see that my PC will be able to play it when I do get it (on Steam if/when it gets released there). Although it might be time to upgrade my RAM to 32GB... as I like to multi-task when I play games.

I won't pre-order, but am still excited that this is finally coming to PC (I know it's been an open secret for many months).
Given how well-received the console version was, it's hard to see the PC version being a dud (barring some monumental balls-up by Rockstar).
