At that price, I'd be expecting the GPU itself to do a spit-take at the cost.
But of course, I'm not the target audience as I'd never be willing to pay that much (and wouldn't be using a liquid-cooled setup anyway).
This is on my shopping list. Right after the private jet and the batmobile.
Incidentally, I wonder if you could route the heat into a toaster to allow the creation of gaming toast?
