£1,549 for an ARM based Windows system? You have got to be joking. Good luck running anything you actually want to run on it.
Honestly, I know it's gonna be nicely built and all, but the specifications remind me of netbooks.
eMMC? In 2020? On anything to be taken seriously?
1549£ for the privilege of being a betta tester for something Microsoft admittedly does not have ready and is not willing to do the basic moves with its own software to make it a more interesting device
MS Teams for arm coming? After having the original surface pro x in the market for a year!? And where’s office!?
There's two ways of looking at "Where's Office?".
Sure, you can argue that it ought to be buikt in at that price. But conversely, if it's built in to the price, those that don't want it still end up paying for it. I say that as someone using Libre Office on an MS Surface Pro (not Go).
If I wanted Office, MS365 Family is periodically on Amazon at under £50. But I don't. So why would I want it built in? All that'll happen if it's built in is the hardware will cost more.
