Otherwise, I'm sure they would rather use AMD than Intel. Have AMD ever been in a lawsuit tussle with Nvidia? Can't remember one; there is lots of tribal screaming between the two fanboy bases but ISTM the two companies have been pretty much just honest competition for each other with only mild shenanigans.
Intel, OTOH, have tried to shut Nvidia out of their ecosystem in the past, I wouldn't trust them still for the future.
