Gaming whilst driving....what could possibly go wrong.
It is like psp, but with chair and wheels
So even if this is being done by a passenger on the main screen, it's a distraction. I suppose that electric vehicles might be able to supply the pixies for this without wasting fuel. Regardless, what really needs to happen in Teslas is to ensure their consoles don't fail every few years due to shoddy SSD controllers...
That would be an improvement.
AT LAST! I hated the large screen in portrait mode, this one creates more room for other things like the brilliant wireless charger dock (but will the phones fly off during manoeuvres?). Ford Mach-E MUST follow.
Im assuming it will only officially work when the cars in Park (out wherever the electric car equivalent is).
Side note, I wonder how long it will be until someone hacks it so it can be played while driving, causes a crash and the idiots in the government ban it for everyone

More practically, I'm a skeptic of the steering wheel as someone who has always preferred steering slightly north of 9 and 3. Maybe I'd adjust to it but I'd definitely want to rent it for a few days to try it out before committing.
But can it self drive, or do other stuff, without subscriptions? (have i got it right, I'm only going on what i heard someone talking about in a video).
Let’s hope the car runs better than the game eh!
I hope the car doesn’t crash like the game!
Okay, I’m finished.
I think we're missing the best bit of this announcement: the improved version of Ludicrous (speed) mode is called Plaid.
I do love a geeky reference.
love the idea of the tesla but don't want anything smart like this, just give me a car ... nothing more
Just wait until someone hacks it so you can steer the car with a game controller.
It's not technically a wheel. Also, I'd hate any vehicle with that as the controls for steering.
I'm guessing that this also has options for headsets / headphones so the gaming isn't a distraction for the driver, also assuming they're not asleep at the wheel with the car on autopilot?
