AMD = After other Manufacturers Do it. When will they be first to create their own new technology, Never!

They cant even invent their own naming scheme, they copy Intel and up a digit.

First to market with chiplet based designs and Pcie gen 4.

Almost all chip design is iterative, entirely new architectures are the exception not the rule. They don't always work out either. Ask Intel how Itanium worked out for them.

Because Intel chips aren't actually running AMD64 code

On the surface that was a good rant, but it needs at least a hint of truth to work.

AMD64 only exists because Intel refused to do it to instead force us all to itanic. It failed because AMD got done in time to ship it, which ironically sunk itanic. Intel could have done it, they refused due to greed I guess Go figure. It is their job to make money, they're just doing what everyone does when #1. Google trying to do the same with advertising now, basically trying to own a chunk of all of it (FLOC). Fortunately it looks like FLOC is failing. Not bashing AMD for doing it (great move!), just saying, it only got done because intel didn't do it themselves, they wanted to milk customers in the future MORE instead.

Thank god itanic sunk, as we would be massively slower today with pretty much Intel only for decades with no AMD in sight. Progress would have been at Intel's pace (slow) for ages now, instead we have a powerful AMD, that just can't make NET INCOME on their shat and keeps wasting valuable wafers on low margin socs for consoles...pffft.
