BBC news..and Google Now (its probably got a new name, but you know what I mean).
BBC news but the bias from there recently is sickening.
Where ever Google show me
if it's not written on a toilet wall, it's probably not worth knowing...
I get my news from Trump tweets.
The Daily Record and The Daily Mail. Which is why I've been terrified to go out the door for 5 years....
Hiding my head in shame...... The Daily mail
It's actually really hard to find a good source of News. The BBC used to be a good choice, but the last decade or so has seen them decline significantly. Media is generally very split on ideological lines. The best option I've found is to read several perspectives, but that takes time. After the chaos of the last eighteen months, the blame for much of it belonging in the hands of the media, there are some real questions as to their responsibility in wielding as much power as they do.
BBC & the Guardian & France 24 for French news.
Most of the time these days, I generally avoid the news. It makes for a nicer life. Reporting seems to be getting worse almost weekly. I used to prefer mainly BBC but some (most) of the current crop of political reprters strike me as utter twerps more interested in being all Paxman-esque and sensationalising to get a story than actually, you know, sticking to reporting what's happened.
So when I do bother with it, I try to read a spread of papers and deduce what might sort-of resemble a few naked truths from interpolating between the spread of hype and hogwash.
A lesson learned from PeterB about dignity in adversity, so Peter, In Memorium, "Onwards and Upwards".
Any source outside of the US.
Primarily from the BBC. My left-wing friends say the Beeb is too right-wing, and my right-wing friends say the opposite, so I figure it's still reasonably balanced.
If there's a story I want to follow up I search the web & try to find 2-3 extra sources
By using Twitter. I'm simply suscribed to news agencies: Associated Press, TASS, AFP, Reuters, Al Jazeera, et al.
